The Institutional and Capacity Development focuses on nurturing and positioning Education Advocacy Network as Uganda’s one stop centre for education and social sector advocacy with a sound financial andhuman resource capacity to deliver our mandate in the immediate, short, medium and long -term perspectives.
Research, Documentation and Publication
The Research, Documentation and Publication focuses on carrying out research to deepen creativity, harnessing dependability, reliability to enhance evidence -based advocacy.
Advocacy and Community Engagement
The Advocacy and Community Engagement intervention focuses on sustainable engagement with policy makers, the academia, religious and cultural institutions, the private sector and the public.
Institutional and Regional Engagement
Education Advocacy Network prioritizes domestication of regional, continental and international frameworks for national engagement. The East African Community protocol on Education, the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), the African Union’s Continental Education Strategy for Africa -Agenda 2063 (the Africa we want) and the Education 2030 Agenda specifically SDG 4.

Education Advocacy Network thematic working Groups
The Education Advocacy Network works through thematic groups also known as clusters. The clusters have differentiated leadership structures that report to the coordination unit. The thematic working groups include,
